For the Nuggets third preseason game that you won't be able to watch unless you have NBA League Pass, the Nuggets visit the Clippers in Los Angeles.

It's fair to say that the re-awakening of Blake Griffin is upon us.  If his preseason performances thus far are any indication, it's easy to see why the Nuggets were (allegedly) willing to trade Carmelo Anthony for him and equally easy to see why the Clippers won't be parting with their young star anytime soon.  Going up against Tim Duncan and DeJuan Blair of the San Antonio Spurs in Mexico City on Tuesday night, Griffin scored 13 points, grabbed 17 rebounds, had three steals and an incredible, J.R. Smith-esque alley-oop dunk.

Griffin is for real.  We knew this last season, too, but his would-be rookie season was tragically short-changed by a devastating knee cap fracture.  It's going to be fun watching his comeback…if you can.
