The Denver Nuggets have released their official schedule for the upcoming preseason. Denver will play five games against four different opponents, with only one of those games to be played at home.

The Nuggets’ first two games will be on the road against the Los Angeles Lakers, who had a particularly boring offseason after failing to add anyone of significance.

Wait, no, that’s wrong. They got LeBron, I forgot. The King may not play, but the intrigue for a preseason game will be at an all-time high. The first of those two games comes on the 30th of September and will take place in San Diego, California. The second game will be played on the 2nd of October at the Staples Center.

The Nuggets will return home to host the Perth Wildcats of Australia’s NBL on October 5th. That game tips off at 7pm mountain time.

Four days later, on the 9th of October, Denver will travel back to the Staples Center, this time to take on the Los Angeles Clippers, who actually did have a fairly boring summer after failing to add anyone of significance.

Denver will wrap up the preseason with a trip to Chicago where they will take on the local basketball team, the Bulls. That goes down on October 12.

We’re still a long way out from basketball, but there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Make sure you circle September 30th on those calendars.
