Denver Nuggets head coach, Michael Malone spoke to the Denver media (and the Perth media) following Thursday’s practice at Pepsi Center. He talked about becoming a “viral sensation,” the team’s defensive effort and enthusiasm, the upcoming game against the Perth Wildcats.

On the team’s offense through two games

“The way we play is a very free-flowing offense, very equal opportunity.”

“Right now in preseason we are not calling a lot of plays for individuals. We’re working on our offense and our reads and giving them the freedom to play within that offense.”

“We’re averaging 118.5 points per game with 23 turnovers and 20 points per night we’re giving up. So that was my point to them today, if we stop beating ourselves we could be averaging 135 points per game. We are a dangerous offensive team.”
