Stat

Darrell Arthur has made 14-31 (.452) three point attempts over his last 10 games. During his first 298 career games? 9-39 (.231)

The Denver Nuggets seek to break a three game losing streak, two of which were blowouts, against one of the hottest teams in The League since the calender flipped to 2014.  Memphis had won 16 of their last 21 games before losing back to back games at Golden State and at Portland.  The Grizzlies enter The Can on the second night of back-to-back road games.  Denver has had the weekend to rest and hopefully consume enough 7Up and chicken noodle soup to overcome the illnesses that bothered Kenneth Faried and Timofey Mozgov during last Friday night's 133-102 loss to San Antonio.

Denver has won 27 of the last 29 home games against Memphis.  The Grizzlies are reeling and vulnerable, but the Nuggets appear to be too ravaged by injury to utilize their home court advantage and defeat the mammals from Memphis.

Many may ask, "What's at steak tonight for Denver?"  The Nuggets have tied the New Orleans Pelicans for the 11th best odds at landing the #1 overall draft pick.  A loss tonight would put Denver in position to have 0.8% chance at Andrew Wiggins in addition to the 1.1% chance added by the New York Knicks draft pick.  The Knicks are only one game behind Atlanta for the final spot in the Eastern Conference Playoffs.  Atlanta hosts Philly tonight, New Orleans hosts Sacramento, and the Knicks play the Jazz in Sal Tlay Ka Siti.

Tonight, the Nuggets come out firing, breaking their trend of sluggish starts.  In the end, they out pace the tired Grizzlies defeating them 102-94.

What I'm Drinking: Prairie Artisan Ales Birra

Spring is upon us!  This farmhouse ale from Oklahoma pairs well with food, but it pairs even better with sunshine.  It is a bright crisp ale that gives you taste buds the same sensory experience you eyeballs feel when watching high definition television.  Prairie's beers fit perfectly into the age old equation of Eat + Drink = Be Merry.

Go Nuggets! (and Jazz, Hawks, Kings)
