Are  you kidding me? 20 below?

Time to warm yourselves up with some random Golden Nuggets.

First off, Ty Lawson was snubbed for the Rookies vs. Sophomore’s game. Too bad for Ty, but I feel as if he’s got bigger things on his plate. At lease one hopes he does. Ty has played great at times, and at other times he disappears without a trace. I really wish consistency will bless Ty in the next couple years of development. Like fellow Denver Stiffs writer Nate Timmons, I hope that Lawson’s size and speed don’t become an issue as the years roll on. Right now, I have faith.

This is the coldest I've ever experienced in Colorado. Seriously. It's like the apocalypse in ice fashion out there. Everyone try to stay safe. Stay inside if you can.

In the NBA owner’s worst nightmare scenario, a growing number of NBA players are strongly considering playing in Europe if there is a lockout. Included in the list are Andrei Kirilenko and Brandon Jennings. Gray area legally speaking, but it’s fascinating that NBA players would have NEVER considered doing this prior to a couple years ago.

This is remarkable only because that kid looks like the epitome of the dorkiest person on earth. Such as myself. Way to go, yo.
