If you’re a professional sports fan from Colorado, you are probably on cloud nine right about now. The Denver Broncos have been in action for a couple of months and are a few games into their regular season, the Denver Nuggets are well into the preseason, and the Colorado Avalanche just took the ice for the first time for the the 2018-2019 regular season. That’s enough to make any Denver sports fan excited. However, the Colorado Rockies are also making sure they aren’t forgotten about this time of the year. They are gifting Denver with some more baseball, as they have extended their season by making the playoffs. “Rocktober” is officially happening.

It appears that even professional athletes enjoy taking the time out of their busy lives to lend support to another local professional sports team. The Denver Nuggets shared a photograph taken of Jarred Vanderbilt as he witnessed the Avalanche get a win in their first game of the season against the Minnesota Wild. It looks like he had a great seat, too!

Vanderbilt retweeted the post and added his opinion on the atmosphere of the Pepsi Center. It’s pretty cool that Vanderbilt is already appreciating what a great environment the arena can be for a professional sporting event, and the Nuggets haven’t even played a regular season game at home yet. Let’s just hope the environment is just as electric for the Nuggets!

P.S. – Go Rockies, Avs, and Broncos!
