Excellent beat writer Chris Dempsey got some fantastic quotes from both Brian Shaw and Jameer Nelson after the game last night in Memphis. Shaw was not happy with his player, and Nelson didn't sound too happy with players and coaches.

Nelson is a highly respected player, brought to Denver for his leadership qualities, and has played for some good and bad coaches. Nelson started his career in Orlando under Johnny Davis (31-33 record for the Magic in 2004-05), then Chris Jent (5-13), two seasons with Brian Hill (a rehire from the early Orlando days!), five seasons with Stan Van Gundy, a couple seasons with Jacque Vaughn, training camp and 23 games with Rick Carlisle, and a cup of coffee with Brad Stevens in Boston.
