The Denver Nuggets have caught fire at the right time and Michael Porter Jr. has played a massive role in that. Denver goes into the all-star break riding a road trip that saw them go 4-0 with victories over the Thunder, Bulls, Bucks, and Pacers.

Last nights victory came against Indiana as Porter scored 24 points on 9-of-14 shooting from the field, 5-of-9 from beyond the three-point line. Not only did Porter score the ball, but he also hauled in 11 rebounds to give him his seventh double-double of the season.

Five of Porter’s seven double-doubles have come in the Nuggets last six games. In those six games, Porter has also shot 20-of-38 (52.6 percent) from three, while averaging 17 points and 10.5 rebounds per game to help lead the Nuggets to a 5-1 record.
