Last night’s game between the Denver Nuggets and Cleveland Cavaliers went very well for the home team. Denver ended up taking the Cavaliers to the woodshed with a thirty-eight point margin of victory. There were a number of standout performers and one of the biggest was Denver’s top pick in the 2020 NBA Draft: Zeke Nnaji.

Generally only used late in games that are already decided, Nnaji found himself in the rotation for the first time this year. His minutes were limited in the first half, but in the second, and the fourth quarter in particular, Nnaji got plenty of burn. He did not waste the opportunity. The rookie was practically automatic from three and also had a monstrous dunk. In the end he led all bench players in scoring with fourteen points and shot 67% from beyond the three point line. Time will tell if this performance earns Nnaji more playing time in the regular rotation, but for now check out the sweet highlights below.
