In this episode, I predict the best and worst case scenarios for Malik Beasley, Vlatko Cancar, and Nikola Jokic. Beasley is in an interesting position with the Denver Nuggets. Offensively, he is an elite shooting guard who could start on a handful of teams but he is stuck behind Gary Harris, a more consistent defensive player and a fantastic offensive threat in his own right. Where will Beasley’s minutes come from?

Cancar has a great skill set and should look nice next to skilled, smart players but is he more of a power forward? And can he get minutes ahead of Juancho Hernangomez, Michael Porter Jr., and Will Barton?

And Nikola Jokic is coming off of an MVP=caliber season and historic playoff run. Does he have another gear? What will he shoot from behind the arc? And how motivated will he be to carry the team throughout the regular season?
