Stephen Curry’s Golden State Warriors may be one of the best teams the NBA has ever seen but Curry’s soul was crushed this week when his alma matter Davidson Wildcats were defeated by Jamal Murray’s Kentucky Wildcats on Thursday. Curry’s Wildcats lost 78-73 in a first-round game of the NCAA tournament. Murray, fresh off some drama with the Los Angeles Lakers due to his “trash talking,” did not let the result go unaddressed on social media.

The same excitement and passion that Murray has for winning NBA games he obviously has for his alma matter’s success. It’s always fun this time of the year to see which players take advantage of the opportunity to have some fun when their team defeats somebody else’s team. That’s what this month is about, after all.
