Do not ask me what the ceiling is for Gary Harris. We’re already past what I thought it was when the Denver Nuggets drafted him, and he’s not showing any signs of slowing down. Tonight he dropped 27 points on the Charlotte Hornets like he was seasoning some steak with shades on. Harris does a little bit of everything, but mostly what he does is fit in next to Nikola Jokic in perfect harmony. Two of the best members of the 2014 draft class are completely in sync on the court and - now that they have once again been given the freedom to work their magic together - are proving exceptionally tough to stop.
Also, here’s a Did You Know: Gary Harris has the third-highest win share total from the 2014 draft despite getting Shaw’ed his rookie year. Or to put it in a more immediate way:
Gary Harris has hit 5 3-pointers in the 1st quarter. Doug McDermott has hit 6 3-pointers in the last 13 games.

As I try to say every year: thanks Chicago! Check out tonight’s highlights below.
