Nikola Jokic is really dang good at basketball.

In case you just emerged from a cave, you should know this by now. But in case you needed further proof, know this – Jokic is the first Nuggets player to have three triple-doubles in a row since Fat Lever.

He just celebrated his 23rd birthday a few days ago, and he’s averaging nearly a triple-double in the month of February. He’s 0.25 assists per game away after his latest game, a 28-11-11 performance against the Spurs.

He was peak Jokic tonight, feeding players for 3-pointers and easy looks at the rim, threading passes and flinging goofy one-handed lasers around the court. He’s a magnet for rebounds, with his teammates letting him get the ball so they can start moving downcourt for transition opportunities. His touch around the rim is remarkable, oftentimes managing to get the ball up on the rim in a manner that looks like it violates the laws of physics.

Enjoy.
