You’ve heard it a thousand times before: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You need that sustenance to get you through to lunch time and start your day properly. But let’s face it - few of us have the time or energy to get up in the morning and cook a big breakfast before we leave for work or school or whatever we need to do to get the day started. So what should you eat to fill your breakfasts needs but is also fast, easy and, most importantly, nutritious? Ill Will has the answer in the Tweet of the Week:
Fruit in the morning on a empty stomach helps rid the body of toxins. And are easily digested. 30 mins or so.

Wilson Chandler now has me motivated to start eating fruit in the morning. He makes it sound so beneficial. After all, who couldn’t use a little cleansing of bad toxins? Props to Chandler for using his platform on social media to give some health tips to his followers.
