Teams not interested in mid-first round picks in 2016 NBA Draft
Adrian Wojnarowski has reported that in his talks with league executives, there is a big effort to move out of the middle of the first round.
As you can see there could be a couple of teams making trades very soon surrounding middle of the first round picks. Denver has two picks in this range, 15 and 19, and this could either effect the Nuggets poorly or help them tremendously if they keep their two picks. Teams like the Chicago Bulls, Detroit Pistons, Atlanta Hawks and Boston Celtics may be aggressively shopping their picks and it's very possible a team could jump ahead of the Nuggets and take a player Denver is targeting.
Someone like the Orlando Magic could trade for another first round pick and then with both of them take guys like Deyonta Davis and Timothe Luwawu/Denzel Valentine, players that the Nuggets are very high on.
On the other hand this could help the Nuggets. They could push a trade for another pick, move up the draft, or down, obtain another pick and then use it in a package for a trade. There are so many options and situations that could play out.
