Chauncey Billups retired. It was announced right as Nate Timmons, Ross Martin and myself were about to record the latest Colorado Sports Guys … so of course we talk about Mr. Big Shot and his impact on Colorado basketball. Nate, Ross and I share memories and wonder what Chauncey Billups’ future looks like. Maybe a possible reunion with the Nuggets?

Then we get serious and talk Ray Rice. Ross has some thought provoking comments about remembering the victim in this case, Janay Rice. We talk also about how the NFL has completely bungled the issue from the start, and how that has complicated discussion on the matter greatly.

We wrap up the podcast with "Nate relates everything to basketball" and we talk about how the AFC has become the NBA's Eastern Conference and how the NFC is now the equivalent of the Western Conference.

As always, enjoy the show!
