The Denver Nuggets face a game that really could be considered a must win against the Minnesota Timberwolves. With a matchup with the Houston Rockets looking tomorrow and after dropping a game against the New Orleans Hornets where the Nuggets just could not get their act together a loss at Minnesota would be very frustrating.

The Nuggets have a six game winning streak against the Timberwolves, but only two of those six wins came on the road. Minnesota may have a difficult time beating the Nuggets, but they do a pretty good job of making the Nuggets look bad for long stretches of time.

The Nuggets have only had one game you could consider to have been a blowout and that was the home game against the Bucks. We have mentioned about how good teams pull out close games when they are not playing at their best, but good teams also blow out bad teams relatively frequently. It would be nice to see an easy win tonight, but the history of this series seems would suggest that is not going to happen.
