2007-2008 Game 73: Nuggets/Warriors Game Thread
For the second game in a row we brace ourselves for the most important game of the year as Golden State thunders their way into the Pepsi Center.
So far the Nuggets and Warriors have split their two games with the road team winning both times. They play each other two more times and if one of them can capture both games that will almost guarantee them a spot in the playoffs. Should Denver lose tonight, they will still be in a decent position to make the playoffs as long as Dallas continues to flounder, but they will put themselves in a very tough position in any attempt to catch Golden State. It will make the game at the Roaracle in April another must win situation. Not many teams go into Golden State and come out with a W.
Golden State posses some significant matchup threats for Denver and you can check out the Pickaxe and Roll Film Room for examples of how Golden State took advantage of the Nuggets in the previous game in Denver.
Look for big offensive nights from Carmelo Anthony, Allen Iverson and Kenyon. This is also a game where J.R. Smith might have a shot at exploding as he should have plenty of open looks from long range.
Leave your thoughts below and keep the Dramamine nearby because you might come down with some motion sickness from how fast the cameras will be moving to keep up with tonight’s game.
Make sure you check out the preview over at Golden State of Mind.

How prophetic. Except for the AI part. And the fact that J.R. didn't get his points from beyond the arc. Still, a season high for K-Mart.
