Have the Nuggets really made a promise to Dario Saric out of Croatia? Well, according to CBS Sports' Ken Berger, that may be exactly what the Denver Nuggets have done for the 6'10" and 220 pound forward.

There are strong indications that Dario Saric's invitation to the draft-night green room is the result of a promise from the Nuggets to grab him with the 11th pick. Teams in the mid-to-late lottery have tried to get Saric to come in for workouts, but have been told he'll be gone by the time they pick.

Bill Simmons recently called Saric a "can't miss" prospect on his latest podcast with Jalen Rose. We've seen Saric's name as a potential pick for Denver on a few mock drafts. He's a very versatile player that can play in the pick-and-roll game with the ball in his hands. He can extend the floor out to the three-point line and drives to the rim, like a man possessed.

His game reminds me quite a bit of Danilo Gallinari's, to a degree and I know Nuggets fans will be worried about a foreign born lottery pick that may or may not be willing to come right to the NBA. The draft takes place on June 26th and we'll see if this promise is for real.
