This is a two part question: When Chauncey Billups was choosing colleges, his decision came down to two Big 12 schools. What was the other Big 12 school Billups was deciding between (University of Colorado being the one he chose) and what future NBA player basically took Billups' scholarship away from him from the "other school?"
