Melo not making Detroit trip

If the Nuggets are going to exercise another demon this season, they'll have to do this one perhaps without Carmelo Anthony.
The Denver Post's Benjamin Hochman is reporting that Melo may miss the game tomorrow night.
Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony is unlikely to play in Tuesday's game at Detroit, because he is dealing with personal matters and might need to travel back to Denver, the team confirmed after Denver's Monday practice.
Rex Chapman, the Nuggets' vice president of player personnel, assured that it is not a legal issue.
I hope it's nothing too serious and Melo can make a quick return to the team. I'll be looking for updates on this story as they develop.
