The Denver Nuggets welcomed back Jamal Murray to the lineup on Monday night against Golden State. After missing the Nuggets past three games with right knee soreness, Murray returned to the starting lineup and played fairly well scoring 17 points on 5-of-15 shooting from the field, 1-of-5 from beyond the three-point line.

Murray was giving his all as the Nuggets attempted to make a fourth quarter comeback until he suffered what looked to be a left knee injury while going up for a lay up. I still haven’t muscled up the courage to watch the video closely, but here it is:

It’s important to note this is a different leg than what Murray has been experiencing soreness in, but hopefully it’s nothing more than a minor tweak. The cart came out for Murray, but we all know the type of player he is as he walked off the floor without it:

We will continue to update Murray’s status as soon as we hear something, but all we can do as of now is pray it’s nothing serious and that he will be back sooner rather than later!
