Denver Nuggets Tweet of the Week: Malik Beasley and team are blessed

The Denver Nuggets season came dangerously close to being ruined...

If you’re a Denver Nuggets fan and you are active on social media, you have probably heard that the Nuggets season was ruined and then subsequently saved in the same night. If you don't know the backstory, here it is.

Basically, the Nuggets got themselves cursed by Lil B "The BasedGod" last Saturday night during their game against the Philadelphia 76ers. They were able to redeem themselves, however, by owning up to their mistake on Twitter after their loss. That was enough to get the Nuggets off Lil B's warning list, but Malik Beasley wanted to bless the Nuggets even more.

In response to somebody on Twitter that begged Lil B to reconsider his curse, Beasley sent out a Tweet that indicated he and Lil B have a good relationship dating back to Beasley's college days at Florida State University. If the Nuggets weren't already back in good graces, this tweet would have definitely put them over the top.

This tweet prompted this response from Lil B:

And there you have it Nuggets fans. The Denver Nuggets will win their first ever NBA championship in 2018.

Thanks, Malik.
