There is not one but two new episodes of the Locked On Podcast today. In the first episode, I give my analysis of the Denver Nuggets’ decision to hold on to everyone on the roster at the trade deadline (and even to add one more in Roy Hibbert), and defend why I think that was a mistake. I also explain what obstacles the front office faces this summer and the difficulty the Nuggets will have landing free agents in the near future.

In the second episode, I shaer my notes on a miserable loss to the new-look Sacramento Kings. The second unit in particular looked outmatched which is a bad sign since the team’s depth should be one of their strengths. I also talk about the decision to play Jamal Murray over Emmanuel Mudiay, Darrell Arthur getting a DNP-CD, and the cold streak that Nikola Jokic is on.
