In this episode of the Locked on Nuggets podcast, I share my notes on a heartbreaking loss to the Indiana Pacers. The Nuggets led for most of the game but fell apart in the second half, handing the win to the Pacers in the most gut-punching way possible. I talk about Denver was able to build a first-half lead behind some excellent shot-making from Wilson Chandler and Will Barton and how a new rotation pattern is helping Emmanuel Mudiay look like his best self.

Then I turn my attention to the collapse and discuss all of the things that went wrong to hand the Pacers the win. Lastly, I talk about how injuries have robbed the Nuggets from building toward something. Currently, they look like a team trying to stay afloat, drifting aimlessly as they do so. It’s no one’s fault but the basketball gods but when Nikola Jokic returns to the lineup, the team will be up against the clock to discover who they are.
