Michael Malone on Jokic-Millsap chemistry, Mason Plumlee on role and identity

Locked On Nuggets podcast

In this episode of the Locked On Nuggets podcast, I share interviews with Mason Plumlee and Michael Malone from today’s practice. Malone explains that Nikola Jokic and Paul Millsap have the chemistry of a couple on their 2nd or 3rd date and why he isn’t concerned about it right now. He also explains his 25-25-25 rule for offensive balance.

Mason Plumlee gave an excellent interview on a number of topics including the biggest challenge he had adjusting to this roster, the way he thinks about spacing, and the team’s identity and why we won’t really know who this team is until they face adversity. I’ll go ahead and say it: Plumlee is a great interview. He’s thoughtful and insightful and I always enjoy talking to him.

Lastly, I reveal the big surprise for STIFFS NIGHT OUT. We are partnering with the Denver Nuggets to throw the best Denver Stiffs watch party of all time! Rather than hold two separate watch parties, the Nuggets are joining us at The Celtic on Market, at 1400 Market Street in LoDo. Super mascot Rocky will be there, as will the Denver Nuggets dancers, and new in-arena host, Katy Winge. The Nuggets will be providing Bud Light all night as well as lots and lots of prizes like tickets to Nuggets games at Pepsi Center, autographed merchandise, and more!

Invite everyone you know! We want the Celtic to be rocking on Wednesday night as the Denver Nuggets kick off what everyone believes will be a very special season. The Celtic holds a lot of people and we want to pack the house with die-hard Nuggets fans!
