So, the Spurs opened the game making 10 of their first 11 shots, which seems like a solid recipe for a win if sustained. It wasn't, of course (although I'm not convinced it was because of any defensive adjustments on the Nuggets part), and the Nuggets were able to close within three by the end of the first quarter.
