We made it to the Rudy Gobert game! Everyone's favorite "he coulda been ours!" player is averaging 4.8 points and 4.7 rebounds on the season in 15.8 minutes per game. The Frenchman is only 22 years old and could be the center of the future in Utah as Enes Kanter's future in Utah will be decided this off-season.

The Jazz have been feisty this season and have a nice young core, along with Gobert the Jazz have promising youngsters in: Trey Burke, Alec Burks, Derrick Favors, Gordon Hayward, and rookies Rodney Hood and Dante Exum. Exum was one of the prizes of the 2014 NBA draft and has been finding his way in the NBA. Exum is averaging over 18 minutes a night and scoring 4.8 points on just 37.7% shooting (30.2% from deep).

Nuggets are 19-69 all time in Utah.

Etc… The Jazz are 102-73 all time vs the Nuggets.

Match up to watch: Gordon Hayward vs Wilson Chandler.

Hayward, and his magical hair, has been averaging 20.6 points in his last five games. He can pretty much do it all as he's shooting 37.2% from deep; and he's sixth in the NBA scoring off drives to the rim with 101 points coming that way (Reggie Jackson leads the league with 126 points off drives). Hayward only drives the lane, on average, of 6.4 times per game, but he shoots 59.6% on those drives.

Chandler is still lighting things up for Denver. He's averaging 16.2 points for the Nuggets in his last five games and has boosted his season scoring average to 12.9 points per game. Wilson's two way game will be big tonight. If the Nuggets can slow Hayward, it could lead to the team's 20th victory in Utah.

Nuggets injury update from Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post:

That Nuggets defense gets back a rim protector in center JaVale McGee. He participated in practice Sunday and at shootaround Monday here at Energy Solutions Arena, and will be available to play against the Jazz.

Forward Darrell Arthur is probable for the game, as well. He's been dealing with chronic knee issues.
