With the 2016-17 season hours away from beginning, there is a lot of excitement about what the NBA will look like. The draft was held last week, with the Nuggets adding four players to their roster.

The Nuggets are in an unique position among the rest of the NBA. They weren't a playoff team last year, but they've been able to rebuild in a sense quickly, adding seven young players to their roster in the last two seasons. With a group of veterans – Danilo Gallinari, Wilson Chandler, Kenneth Faried, Jameer Nelson – they have experienced players that want to win in the playoffs.

The Nuggets also have around $27 million in cap space they can use to sign free agents. The salary cap is rising higher than ever before, and the Nuggets would have to spend _______ just to reach the salary floor.

Will the Nuggets make a move for a star player? Will they be patient and wait for a better deal to come? Will they be a surprise suitor for a top free agent?

Here's an opportunity for you to predict how things will shake out. Copy the following list into the comments below, filling it out with starters and bench players, and we'll revisit this once the season begins to determine a winner.

We'll only include submissions over the next few days – we'll know if you comment after a deal has been announced. You get five points for a correct starter, three points for a correct bench player, and one point for a correct player in the wrong spot.

A "correct bench player" is where the real winner will likely separate from the pack – we'll be evaluating which bench player gets the most minutes. For example, predicting Will Barton as the first bench player would have been correct last season, because he lead all bench players in minutes played.

Feel free to include fake trades as well – please be brief in your explanations, because we'll have to read all the comments. No promised prizes, but we can say that there is the possibility of a prize. Either way, you'll be hailed as a prime prognosticator, and you can list your newest accolade in your signature.

If you need assistance, I strongly recommend consulting Ryan Blackburn's article on the Nuggets depth chart and salary cap.
