Welp, yesterday’s slate of games turned out to be less-than-spectacular. We had a close, overtime game with the Washington Wizards and Toronto Raptors that turned out to be the least entertaining OT game I’ve seen in recent memory (thank you Randy Whitman). We had the Golden State Warriors toy with the New Orleans Pelicans (although it was nice to see Anthony Davis shine in the fourth quarter). The Chicago Bulls and Derrick Rose overpowered the Milwaukee Bucks. Finally the Dallas Mavericks look disorganized and out of sorts against the Houston Rockets! Yay!

Hopefully today the playoff slate is better.

Game one: Boston Celtics at Cleveland Cavaliers (give me the Cavs in this series)

Game two: Brooklyn Nets at Atlanta Hawks (Hawks will win this one, and the series)

Game three: Portland Trail Blazers at Memphis Grizzlies (Griz in game and series)

Game four: San Antonio Spurs at Los Angeles Clippers (Clips in this game, I have Clips in 7)

Hopefully we have more competitive games today. Yesterday was dreadful and quite literally the EXACT opposite of the first round last season. This needs to change.
