C.J. Watson #7 and Loul Deng #9 of the Chicago Bulls celebrate after Watson hit a three-point shot to tie the game in regulation against the Miami Heat.
Anybody catch that Miami Heat vs. Chicago Bulls game last night? Without Derrick Rose (1-13 on the night) at the end, the Bulls managed to live a George Karl dream by using team ball movement to secure the best available shot. CJ Watson wound up with the ball, pump faked on Dwyane Wade, moved to his left, and sank the game tying three-point shot to help send the game to overtime. Check out that shot by clicking here.
Also, the Broncos' Demaryius Thomas had some interesting quotes about his former quarterback on the show, 2 Live Stews on 790 The Zone in Atlanta. Yeah, I hadn't heard of that radio station either - I'm a podcast guy!
And in NBA-land the Spurs (beat the Grizzlies), Clippers, and Mavericks all won last night. Might the Spurs be trying to position themselves to face the Nuggets in Round 1? Discuss!
