It's very easy to be over critical of a team with a lot of early road games (the Nuggets play 17 of their first 23 games on the road), but the the Doug Moe +/- system keeps schedule anomalies in check and credits teams who are playing well on the road (usually a reliable indicator of who the better teams are).
