In a move that may surprise some, the Nuggets have waived veteran Anthony Carter. The team also released training camp invitee Ben Uzoh and the roster is now set at 15 players.
The Nuggets will head into the 2012-13 season with 15 players on their roster and Julyan Stone made the cut. With Anthony Carter being invited to camp, some speculated the veteran point guard could have made the team at the expense of the injured Stone, who isn't expected back until at least December or January.
But the Nuggets have announced their final cuts:
