But in all seriousness, Big Al would get destroyed in MMA. I know this was all in fun, but damn, Al would get destroyed by every single heavyweight in MMA, not to mention the UFC!

Pretty cool that he’s stepping outside his comfort zone (hoops) and trying something different to challenge himself. I’m sure he’s just trying to see how far he can push himself and something to keep getting in a good workout.

Yea I would guess it’s more about the training/workout aspect then actually fighting. He would definitely get owned by a true MMA fighter at his weight
