Important NBA 2k12 Information

I don't know how many of you do some balling through video games, but for those who do, this information will intrigue you to say the least.  Last year's NBA 2k11 was a huge hit among fans specifically because of the Jordan mode, in which you could play with Michael Jordan and his classic Bulls teams in some of his most defining moments as a basketball player.  NBA 2k12 has decided to build on that by including challenges revolving around 15 players that have defined the modern NBA era.  This will give gamers a similar experience but this time with players such as Larry Bird, Dr. J, Magic, Oscar Robertson, Patrick Ewing and more.  The question is, might the Nuggets have one of these 15 players, thus allowing us to play with a Nuggets classic team?  See the answer after the jump...

The answer is no and yes.  We do not have a top 15 player BUT for the Hakeem Olajuwon challenge you have to go up against the 1993-94 Denver Nuggets!  What does this mean?  That you can access this team and play as them!  The 1993-94 Nuggets will forever be remembered as the 8 seed that knocked off the 1 seed Seattle Supersonics.  With a roster that included Mutombo, Abdul-Rauf, LaPhonso Ellis, Robert Pack, Bryant Stith and Rodney Rogers the gamer will be able to battle some of the better teams in history as well as current teams (even the 2011-12 Nuggets) just to see how that 93-94 classic team would've done had they stayed together.  This, coupled with the amazing graphics that XBox 360 and the PS3 bring to the table should make for hours of entertainment.  I am particularly excited since that is my all-time favorite Nuggets team.  I kept wishing that 2k would add this team and to my surprise, they did!

and here is a link to that classic 1993-94 roster.  Word out of 2k is that full rosters should be present for classic teams in 2k12, as opposed to 2k11 which basically offered the top 6 players.
