Melo appears to be wearing down, and is very afraid to lose that extension. Quoted today at shoot-around, Melo says he will take a "hard look" at signing extension with Denver. Nuggets leverage grows by the day, and FO appears to have played this just right. Nuggets have all the cards knowing Melo will sign the extension if they let the trading deadline pass. NY better put Chandler, Gallo and Fields on the table, or.... Let the NEW Melo Era with Denver begin!!
