Given the Lakers unhappiness with their current lineup, would they consider doing Bynum/Artest for Melo/Williams/Balkman?  No guarantees that Melo would sign the extension (he just might with the Lakers), but they would make a serious run at a title in Phil Jackson's last season, they would rid themselves of Artest, and would move on from the frustration with Bynum's health.  The Nuggets would have to deal with the chance that Bynum's knee issues are chronic, but it would be worth the gamble given Bynum's talent.
