Carmelo Anthony has given us seven-and-a-half great years of basketball. Let's celebrate his time in Denver and wish him a fond farewell with "The Official Carmelo Anthony Going Away Party", THIS Friday - the 25th. The festivities will begin at 7:30pm.

Like our last "Stiffs Night Out", the party will be hosted by Jake's Food & Spirits and we'll be joined by some local sports media personalities who follow the Nuggets. As part of the celebration, we'll watch the new-look Nuggets take on the Blazers in Portland (tipoff is 8:30pm MST) and play Melo-themed trivia games. And in honor of Melo's departure, Jake's is offering 50-cent wings and $2.50 domestic draft beers.
