PrintThis may not be FanPost material, but I'm excited about it. According to ESPN.com's Uni-Watch the Nuggets will have some sick throwbacks this year:
Add the Nuggets to the list of teams that will have throwbacks this season. Uni Watch has seen the design and can confirm that it's a beauty. But for now, NOPE. (Not Open for Public Exposure)
I guess we'll have to wait to see what they look like. But as a uniform enthusiast, I'm excited!!! Go Nuggs!

Best news I’ve heard since the Afflalo re-signing! hahaha, I read up on all the changes this season. Excited to see the ABA throwbacks teams will wear.

I would pull for the rainbow ones. As I already have a Lawson and Nene rainbow jersey.
Nothing is really for sure...
But NBA2k12 has leaked some of the other teams that are doing it and those are all ABA jerseys. So im just guessing

I just love that era. But what I really love is a roster packed with scary talent and desire, regardless of what they happen to be wearing. I mean as long as the shorts aren’t tight and up to their buttocks.

I did my own edit of the Skyline
I took a shade of blue from the current Nugget light blue, the navy blue, then took the 74-81 shade on the miner dude, then the dark shade of the 90’s Nugget team, and then a very light shade of blue in the early 2000’s team. Then, I replaced the yellow in the rainbow jersey with the yellow in the DN logo of the early 2000’s and came up with this…

Something like this had been talked about on Stiffs for a couple seasons now, replacing the full rainbow spectrum with blue gradients. Make this happen and I’ll buy one.

I would buy that jersey in a heartbeat.
Jersey’s are perfect.
On the shorts, i would change the waistband color to any one of those blue shades. And remove the stripes on the side, leaving the Denver logo.

I think it’s been incredibly stupid not to have seen them the last bunch of years. So many people love them, including people who aren’t even Nuggets fans, or even basketball fans. Seems like it’s been a huge missed opportunity for merchandising.
