Stiff List for mobile visitors...
STIFF #1: J.R. SMITH
Remember when I wrote that J.R.‘s “nine lives may be up”? Well, that was last January. With Denver police looking closely at J.R. allegedly attacking former 14er Damien Lolar at a recent Pepsi Center shoot-around, it’s clear that J.R. will never mature and it’s time to move him.
STIFF #2: LEON ROSE AND WORLDWIDE WES
After commandeering LeBron’s departure from Cleveland, Rose and Wes are allegedly working to move Melo out of Denver. Let’s hope the Nuggets do what’s best for Denver and not these two franchise-destroyers.
STIFF #3: RIC BUCHER
The man who once guaranteed that Kobe Bryant had played his last game in a Lakers uniform has been gravy-training on other reporters’ Melo-related stories all summer long. Who does Bucher think he is, a sports blogger?
STIFF #4: MARCUS JORDAN
Like father, like son. Last week, His Airness’ 19-year-old son tweeted about dropping $50k at the Aria casino in Las Vegas prompting an investigation.
STIFF #5: INDIANA PACERS
Brandon Rush has been suspended five games for violating the NBA’s drug policy and recent draftee Lance Stephenson was recently arrested on assault charges. Larry Bird sure is doing a great job re-shaping the Pacers’ image.

feinstein why do you keep hating on jr smith?
all because he choked a player, hit another player last year, popcorned kmart’s SUV, sat at the end of the bench during time outs during a playoff elimination game, took his shoes off during the 4th quarter in an earlier playoff game, walked off the court during a regular season game, cannot legally drive a car until the year 2013, spent time in jail and killed a guy does not make him a bad person. all because he is clueless when it comes to shot selection, cannot play defense, never listens to the coaches and kept playing while his own teammate melo was laying on the floor helpless after being sucker punched by kevin durant’s belly button during a game does not mean he lacks potential when it comes to basketball. you should quit picking on this poor kid. remember jr is an unrestricted free agent after this season and can play for any team he wants next season. your negative comments will only drive him away. try and be positive and supportive like garrett olsen.
pick up a calf every day pretty soon you will be picking up a cow
we're on a mission from god
Guys, guys...JR is turning the corner this season!
I swear! I saw an Adrian Wjownoanokaski & Ric Bucher collaboration about it.
Swats.
Balkman working hard to climb Stiff List
You guys gotta give Renaldo a shot at the Stiff List ! I mean, the man is class incarnate, whether representing his home country or the team that made him the world’s least deserving multi-millionaire. Check out this report and tell me I’m wrong. I dare ya.
“Renaldo Balkman stormed off the Puerto Rican locker room after losing against Greece and National Team’s head coach Manolo Cintron said he was not happy at all. “He’s demanding minutes and not giving anything in return. He has not played more because I don’t think he has adapted well to our system. And he has been the most inconsistent player during practices. His attitude is not good. He left the locker room at the end of the game. That’s not right,” said Cintron. "

Couldn’t resist…
Practice doesn't make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect.
Add to the list
Pau Gasol. Because he’s a Laker. He flops. And he looks like a llama. What does it have to do with anything recent? Nothing. But I don’t care.

That's hilarous about Jordan's kid
It’s one thing to do something that stupid, but it’s a whole different thing to tell the world about it.
Stiff 4 Life
I think he should be number 1 on the list.
Dumb ass tweeted about it and then his dumb ass brother tweeted a video of the them. Come on now.

I'm still not sold on this being a horrible thing for JR.
They keep saying “allegedly attacked” and he “tried to choke” the guy. Not that that he actually did anything or harmed this person. I wonder what Mr. Lolar was doing to provoke him. I’m going to say it again…he was doing some Reggie Evans type stuff…had to be.
You’ll give the benefit of the doubt to a perrenial fuckup primadonna but not to a guy you know nothing about who his presumably working his ass off to get a 10 day contract?

exactly
he’s got to do something to get noticed. pissing off somebody on the team to that point will do it. Look what happened with dahntay jones…he tripped kobe on purpose…raja bell clothslined kobe…shit, matt barnes fucked with kobe too. Bruce bowen is a dirty MF’er. Sometimes that shit gets you noticed and if you are fighting for a training camp invite or something and there are no refs to see it…you gotta do whatchu gotta do.
besides, all I’m saying is tell me where it says he choked this guy. he was involved in an altercation…always happens. Maybe he did choke him, but there are two sides to a story. Did it kill Jerry stackhouse’s career?

I see it like this.
Say I grabbed some a guy’s girlfriend’s ass and say he punches me in the face. I could go run to the cops and tell the news that some dude punched me in the face and I want to press charges. Guy who punched me would look like the asshole but I grabbed his chick’s ass! So I kinda deserved it.
Just not convinced until I get details.
