Word out of New Orleans is that the Hornets are in salary-dump mode and that Chris Paul is on the trading block. One key to keeping Melo in Denver is to add a 2nd young all-star to the roster. What about making a run at CPIII? It would have to be cleared with Chauncey, but the chance of having Paul and Melo on the same roster would be difficult for the Nuggets to pass up. Chauncey could move to more of a shooting guard/back-up PG for this coming year and CPIII could push the ball and create lots of opportunities for Melo. New Orleans gets a solid, affordable big man in Nene and an affordable, talented young Point Guard in Lawson. Should the Nuggs make a run at CPIII?
