In my opinion, the Nuggets biggets need in the off-season is to get a big man that can score in the post and defend the rim.  Nene is not a reliable post player and is nowhere near the shot blocker he could be.  A guy that score in the post would open things up for Denver's terrific perimeter scorers  - Melo, Billups,  and AAA.  If you think about, the Nuggets have won a lotta games without a reliable post player.  To me, Al Jefferson would be a GREAT addition.  He is one of the best post scorers in the league, he can defend the rim, and he would take a lot of pressure off Melo.   I would package Nene and JR. for Jefferson and a shooter.   I think this would help the team immensely on a number of fronts and give Melo another good reason to stay in Denver after next year.
