PrintWord on the street is that the nuggets may sign him, i don't know who this dude is, so my question is, is he good or at least better then Cook? you can read about here but its all the way at the bottom

Petro is doing just fine and is uch better than either player. If you wanted to get on to replace tacos then ELy is more of a Petro type player and Cook is more of a Tacos player… Pick your poison but neither would get any run…

I remember Ely playing for the Hornets a few years ago.
He seemed to have decent size 6’10" 270? I think he’s gotta be about 30 years old. I do think that signing a player this late into the season is almost futile. I don’t think he’d play much and would be behind the curve trying to learn the "system.

Ely has had a history of overweightness, and although he has size he has nothing else whatsoever

Apparently he failed to even make a CBA team. Yeah, the league that features Smush Parker, Stephon Marbury, and assorted other poor players…
