The AC read
I found it funny. He’s got his point though and he has his rights. I think Karl might be over doing it though saying AC has won us X number of games in his minutes he gets.
Gotta like the guy on a personal level for sure though.
There is something about AC… There is absolutely no way on earth the guy should have gotten an extension last summer. No way. Not after the catastrophe he was in the Lakers series. And yet, here he is with a veto built into his contract!? I, for one, was absolutely furious that we couldn’t figure out a way to keep Kleiza (a substantially better backup than Joey Graham by the way…) but we somehow got WELDED to the goat of our previous year’s playoff shortcoming who would, no doubt, end up third or worse in the depth chart. But there is something about AC… And it’s not that Karl has some sort of bizarro man-crush on him. It is too Big Business. It just doesn’t work that way. Anthony Carter is a 34 year-old veteran that the guys look up to – at the minimum – for his behavior off the court but probably on the court as well. He is also a company man, a family man and not an enormous financial burden on the organization. I cringe virtually every time they announce his name but I like the guy a little more each day and articles like this one help that cause. Good read.
Practice doesn't make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect.
"I want to hug him" -- karl speaking of carter
hilarious.
i’m pretty sure i would rather slug him sometimes than hug him…
but i don’t blame him for not wanting to move his family and preferring to play for a winner.
Lol
George has some serious love for AC, and why? I have no idea. Well, I kind of have an idea.
And something real quick, am I alone in saying that journalists should have the right to edit quotes that absolutely destroy the English language? It’s really annoying trying to take an article seriously with some of the quotes in them. Just if more people took English lessons from George we’d all be ok.

LMAO at Carter
*And Andrew, it doesn’t help to include inside jokes on a blog read by people all over the world.
LOL
I meant to clarify that. The last time Krieger plugged this site, he referred to me as a “blogger” (which is totally fine). So I sent him a jokingly-written email asking to be referred to as a “fan advocate” for now on, to which he responded that I label him a “truth teller” when mentioning him on this site…
