George Karl admitted today that with a healthy Kmart, Bird and Billups returning this week, this could be the best team he has had in Denver (including the WCF team from 2009 - - one of the best teams in franchise history). How can Kroenke and Uriji trade Melo when they have one of the best teams in Nuggets history, with a chance at the NBA Finals?
I think they owe it to the fans to ride this baby out. Plus, an NBA Finals appearance may be their best (and only?) chance at keeping Melo.
