OFF SEASON BLUES,HOPES AND HYPES

OFF SEASON BLUES,HOPES AND HYPES

Star-divide

I FIGURE ITS TIME TO THROW MY TWO CENTS IN, DURING THIS WHOLE OFF SEASON WE HAVE SEEN A BUNCH OF NAMES IN FREE AGENCY COME UP THAT WOULD BE A GREAT ADDITIONS TO THIS TEAM AND THERE WERE A LOT OF GREAT ONES   iE: DAVID LEE,RON ARTEST,BIG BABY DAVIS JUST TO NAME A FEW, BUT THE  FRONT OFFICE DROPPED THE BALL  AS EXPECTED , AND WHATS WITH THIS MALIK ALLEN GUY ? I STILL DON'T SEE WHERE HIS A GOOD ADDITION OTHER THEN CLEARING UP SOME MONEY. BUT I DIGRESS THERE IS SOME LIGHT AT THE END OF THIS MINE SHAFT, TWO PLAYERS I REALLY LIKE AND WOULD MAKE GREAT ADDITIONS AND AT PROBABLY LOW COST,

COBY KARL

KIETH BRUMBAUGH

THIS WOULD MAKE A 14 MAN ROSTER ................GREAT   PLUS WE HAVE HAD GOOD SUCCESS WITH D-LEAGUE PLAYERS.  ITS A SCENARIO THATS EASIER TO SWALLOW FOR A LOSING SEASON  THEN BRINGING IN VETERANS AND LOSING.

 JUST MY TWO CENTS

i agree with keith brumbaugh. he is what the nugs need and can see him playing the 2,3 and 4 positions. nobody would have thought dahantey jones and chris anderson would have the impact they did a year ago at this time. i would rather have cobe karl than wally any day. nick frazekas would be better than scabattach. i think melo may see some time at shooting guard in light of j r smith’s suspension. if c karl is on the team minutes of playing time will be hard to come by.

Melo isn't exactly a good guy to put at SG

Which makes Brumbaugh an even better pickup if we get him. If Kroenke would sign to the toal 15 players, I’d call for Keith, Coby, and some big. Unfortunately, the organization is probably gonna pick one of them, and it seems like WallyWorld

any news on whether the Knicks...

are looking to dump Wilson Chandler to get even more under the cap for next summer? I know he’s on a rookie contract so NY might not want to do that, but on the flip side, us taking on a rookie contract wouldn’t be such a salary cap hit. We could offer Kleiza’s rights (which they could elect to renounce or resign him) as well as our trade exception. Even with that, I don’t think it’d be enough. he seems to be one of their few bright spots, but he could really bring in some scoring off the bench at SG and/or SF

no i doubt they trade him,

he might end up being there best player on the roster after this year

Wilson Chandler reminds me of Kelenna Azubuike

Two solid SF’s who are on crappy teams. Plus, Azubuike shot over 40% from the 3-ball

Seems like Patrick Mills might get released by the Blazers since he has a broken foot, and they already have 3 point guards. Anyone one think we can pick him up, and dumb anthony carter?

Dump AC

Bodmiesta, I was just at ESPN’s make a trade site. I was trying to get rid of the bum, however it seems as though that offer of the Vet minimum has him french kissing GK for another season. Wasted money.

Wilson Chandler

He is probably their second best player at this point, and could eventually become their main scoring option. It’s not like it’s gaurenteed that they will get many star players over next offseason; therefore as a safety bate, why not try to keep their young talent. The actually seem to have a future with Gallinari, Chandler playing sg, and sf, David Lee, and Jordan Hill playing pf, and c. They just need a solid starting pg, and cement the chemistry to become a solid team (too bad they were too stingy to sign Sessions).

blazers are looking to dump steve blake and his 4.5 million salary. i read where the heat might be interested- why i do not know. blazers like mills and prefer to keep him. they do not like blake dribbling into the lane then passing up close in shots. when they got andre from philly blake will be out of the picture at some point.

Oh, by the way, we aren't going to have a losing season

Nene+Melo+Chauncey+JR+Afflalo+K-Mart+Lawson+AC+Balkman+Birdman+Petro= under 41 wins? Get off some of that stuff you’re smokin’!

STIFF LIST (as of 2/7 by Andrew Feinstein)

1. THE NUGGETS AT HOME
How is it possible that a Nuggets team with this much talent can be 7-5 at home?! Things have gotten so bad that fans are clamoring for J.R. Smith to return.

2. CARMELO ANTHONY
Kobe Bryant plays through any and all ailments. Melo uses any and ailments as an excuse not to play.

3. KEVIN LOVE
Just when the T'Wolves are looking better, Love stomps on Luis Scola and lands himself a two-game suspension.

4. CHARLOTTE BOBCATS
The 'Cats have lost 11 straight and are now 3-21 ... in the Eastern Conference! This is what happens when you let an underwear salesman with a Hitler mustache run your team.

5. MIKE BROWN
Dr. Bunsen Honeydew (Google it!) got himself a one-game suspension for making contact with a referee.
