Nugs interested in Afflalo

PrintSounds like the Nuggets are interested in Afflalo from what this article from the Denver post says http://blogs.denverpost.com/nuggets/2009/07/10/afflalo-a-nugget/ I think this would be a great move by the Nugs as Afflalo is actually known for playing good defense. I havealso heard that we would consider taking on young 6-9 Walter Sharpe's contract for 700,000 as well. Most likely we would use our TE since Detroit says they are looking for cap relief. The only negative about all this is that it might mean less playing time for the leading scorer of the D-League Champion Colorado 14ers, Sonny Weems.

Only reason i no him cuz ima ucla “Fan” and he played there. he was seeing the proposal with his girlfriend or wife.
Trade
So I’m guessing the trade would be Linas Kleiza for Aaron Affolo, and Walter Sharpe? I wouldn’t mind seeing that trade go down (I don’t think Kleiza does much for us since we already have a lot of scorers).
I find this a little hard to believe.
The Nuggets either pulled a great one or the Pistons really want that cap space.
Anyone know how familiar Chauncey is with these guys?

What a steal...
Double A is close to being a lock down defender. Hes gonna take alot of pressure off the bench defense.
