What is the D 3 second rule?
If you aren’t covering anyone (within a few feet?), you can’t be in the lane for more than 3 seconds? Lakers have been camping out in there on D A LOT.

I think 3 seconds at a time, you can go back and go in. But it’s one of the most inconsistently called calls in the game by far.
