Nuggets are Punks
Since when did the Nuggets become punks? I knew Kenyon Martin was trash but Melo, Chauncey Billups and Anthony Carter, too? Like many of the Celtics players, I took great pleasure in watching this annihilation.
Denver is no where close to contending for a title. And their star player is a dog. Did you hear Mike Gorman ripping Melo for his lack of effort and excessive yapping? I believe he said -”I wouldn’t give a bag of balls for Carmelo Anthony.”

Opinions
I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I have to disagree that the Nuggets or Thuggets as they often are referred to are “punks” as you call them though. I think they were extremely frustrated last night and just took their anger out in a poor way. Happens to the best of them.
I also don’t think there are too many folks that would adamantly disagree about Denver being title contenders … they need to win more than 1 playoff game first.
Denver did get a nice win in Boston earlier in the year to split the series with them so we have that going for us.
But thanks for stopping by and putting in your two cents.

Garnett is the biggest punk in the league
He only talks trash to smaller players, I would of love to see K-mart punch him in the freaking mouth.

Nate...
You’re too nice. Opinions are like buttholes and this guy is one. The fact is that the Nuggets were without Nene and… Holy moly! What is that avatar there Broncofanstuckinsd?! I digress… Yes our beloved nuggies dropped three straight for the first time in god knows how long…. Who cares? It was one loss…
Oh and I’m sure if offered for a bag of balls this chode’s team would be all over Anthony.

P. S. I said months ago that the “safe place for Nuggets fans” banner had to go. It’s a lack of swagger that Nuggets fans have that allows people to disrecpect us like that. Hell, in saying that we’re disrespecting ourselves…. Let’s show a little pride here fellas. We’ve got a great team, let’s act like it.

Okay stop me from doing it...
I am a bigger man than to post something like this on the Celtics site… Right?
I turned on the radio this morning and found out that the Celtics were beat down by the Clippers last night…. To paraphrase the chode above, “like so many of the (Nuggets players/fans), I took great pleasure in hearing of this annihlation.” When you lose you ass to the Clippers, “you’re nowhere near contending for a title”. This guy “wouldn’t give a bag of balls for Carmelo Anthony”, yet there are serious rumors that Stephan Marbury may be picked up by the Celtics in the coming days…
How the egocentric have fallen.

Clippers loss
I have to admit that I was rooting for the Clippers in that one as well. Was nice to see the C’s lose that one!

melo is a punk
did you hear what he said after team usa won the gold? something like, "we the best in the world, we gonna rule the world… blah blah blah. chris paul looked disgusted in the background as he was talking. what a thug.

Yes, you never want a “thug” as you call him to rejoice after his team wins a Gold medal proving they are the best team in the world on the Olympic stage. Being happy at that moment was probably the complete wrong emotion for the time. Shame on Melo for being proud of what his team accomplished and reclaiming the Gold.
I mean you never see Olympic sprinters wrapping themselves in their country’s flag or rejoicing after becoming the world’s fastest man
Let’s cut Melo some slack here. Team USA worked extremely hard to get back in the limelight on the world stage.

still a huge punk.
This was different than wrapping themselves in their country’s flag. I don’t remember exactly what he said, but it was obviously punkish and embarassing to our country. I’m not devaluing anything Team USA did this summer, it’s just too bad carmelo showed his true personality to the world.

Punk or no...
He’s our punk. Don’t like him? Your problem.
