Hoping to catch the replay on this one later (if it’s available), but I find it amusing that Melo even gets hit with a T in preseason play.

This has nothing to do with the game, but the Knicks apparently released Gabe Pruitt. In a way I really wish the Nuggets would sign him and get rid of Anthony Carter. Pruitt was on the Celtics for like 2-3 years and was the backup to Rondo, I recall seeing some highlights, and stats from last years preseason and he was pretty impressive. I wonder why the Knicks cut him, but I would love to see the Nuggets sign Pruitt (who plays both point and shooting guard).

You would think

That would be ideal. A PG and SG all in one? And get rid of Carter.
This will never happen. As long as GK is the Coach AC will continue to back up CB1.
We lost so badly to the Pacers this morning and TL didn’t get any garbage minutes. What kind of shit is that? As I said a few days ago, GK should join Clint Hurdle and Mike Shanahan.

Balkman

The only positive in +/- Seems standard that he would get the least minutes and really help the team. I hope GK doesn’t fuck around with this guy this year. He brings so much to the team and just makes them better.

STIFF LIST (as of 2/7 by Andrew Feinstein)

1. THE NUGGETS AT HOME
How is it possible that a Nuggets team with this much talent can be 7-5 at home?! Things have gotten so bad that fans are clamoring for J.R. Smith to return.

2. CARMELO ANTHONY
Kobe Bryant plays through any and all ailments. Melo uses any and ailments as an excuse not to play.

3. KEVIN LOVE
Just when the T'Wolves are looking better, Love stomps on Luis Scola and lands himself a two-game suspension.

4. CHARLOTTE BOBCATS
The 'Cats have lost 11 straight and are now 3-21 ... in the Eastern Conference! This is what happens when you let an underwear salesman with a Hitler mustache run your team.

5. MIKE BROWN
Dr. Bunsen Honeydew (Google it!) got himself a one-game suspension for making contact with a referee.
